- 1 (9-inch) deep dish pie crust, unbaked
- 3 to 4 lb. peaches, peeled and sliced into pie shell
- 1/2 pt. heavy cream
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. sugar (to taste)
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 tsp. nutmeg (to taste)
Directions

1Mix together cream, flour, sugar, eggs and nutmeg.

2Pour over peaches in pie shell.

3Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.

4Reduce heat to 350°.

5Bake for 1/2 to 3/4 hour longer.

6Cool.

7Refrigerate.
