- 1 pkg. (4 serving) Jell-O brand gelatin, any flavor
- 2/3 c. boiling water
- 1 c. vanilla ice cream
- 3 1/2 c. thawed whipped topping
- 1 c. diced fresh peaches
- 1 baked 9-inch deep-dish crust shell, cooled
Directions

1Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.

2Add ice cream by spoonfuls.

3Stir until melted and smooth.

4Blend in whipped topping and fruit.

5Chill, if necessary, mixture will mound. Spoon into crust.

6Chill about 3 hours, or freeze until firm. Yields 8 servings.
