- 1 c. butter, softened
- 3 c. sugar
- 6 eggs, room temperature
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 3 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 c. peeled, chopped peaches
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

2Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one.

3Add vanilla and almond extracts.

4Sift together the flour, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture.

5Fold in sour cream and peaches.

6Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.

7Bake at 350° for 75 to 85 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
