Peach Praline Pie

- 4 c. sliced fresh or frozen peaches, thawed
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. tapioca
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
Directions

1Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; let stand for 15 minutes.

2Combine flour and brown sugar; cut in butter with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.

3Stir in pecans.

4Sprinkle 1/3 of flour mixture in bottom of pastry shell. Spoon in peaches and top with remaining flour mixture.

5Bake at 425° for 10 minutes.

6Reduce temperature to 350° and bake an additional 20 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
