  • 6 cups of chopped peaches
  • 3 cups of sugar
  • 1/2 lemon juiced and zested
  • 1/2 tablespoon pectin

Directions

    Combine peaches, sugar, lemon, zest

    Allow to sit 30 minutes

    Simmer for 20-30 minutes until peaches are very tender

    Remove peaches and add pectin
  5. 5
    Boil the syrup to 220F

    Remove from heat and pour on top of peaches

    Taste syrup and add more lemon juice if desired
