- 6 peach halves, canned
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 c. breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
Directions

1Place peach halves in buttered custard cups or 8 x 8-inch glass baking dish.

2Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored.

3Add sugar, blend in cinnamon and breadcrumbs.

4Stir in melted margarine.

5Spread over peaches and bake in 400° oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
