Peach Punch

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 gal. puree of fresh peaches
  • 3/4 gal. water
  • 1 fifth champagne
  • 1 qt. ginger ale
  • 3 c. fresh peach slices
  • 1 (12 oz.) can frozen concentrated orange juice
  • 1/2 c. pineapple juice
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice

Directions

    Mix together puree, water and juices.

    Immediately before serving, add ginger ale and champagne and float peach slices in bowl as garnish.

    If punch starts to lose its color, add red and yellow food coloring, a drop at a time.
