Peach Salad

  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (20 oz.) can peaches, diced
  • 1 (20 oz.) can pears, diced
  • 1 small can mandarin oranges
  • 3/4 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 slightly beaten egg
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. heavy cream, whipped

Directions

    Dissolve gelatin in

    2 cups of hot water.

    Chill until mixture is slightly thickened.

    Drain and reserve liquid from pineapple and peaches.

    Drain pears and mandarin oranges.

    Fold fruit and marshmallows into gelatin.

    Pour into 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

    Chill until firm.
