- 1 (1 lb.) can cling peach slices
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
Directions

1Drain peaches well; cut into pieces.

2Whip cream until slightly thickened; beat in egg yolk.

3Drizzle in honey; continue beating until thick and creamy.

4Fold in peaches and extract. Chill.
