  • 7 to 10 ice cubes, cracked and set aside
  • 1 pt. frozen (half-defrosted) peaches
  • 1 pt. milk or cream
  • 1/4 c. sugar or Equal artificial sweetener
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

    You will need a blender.

    Combine peaches, milk or cream, sugar or artificial sweetener and vanilla extract in blender. After placing ingredients in blender, set blender speed on pulverize and turn on.

    Add crushed ice a little at a time into top middle entrance of blender cap.

    Blender time should be about 20 seconds.

    Pour out into tall glasses.
