- 2 c. white sugar
- 2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 can peach pie filling
- Cool Whip
Directions

1Beat egg whites until frothy.

2Add cream of tartar and sugar gradually.

3Beat until stiff.

4Add Ritz crackers, vanilla and chopped nuts.

5Pour into buttered pan.

6Bake 25 minutes at 325°. Cool.

7After cooling, pour pie filling over baked layer.
