Peaches & Cream Ice Cream

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups Peaches, Chopped (I Didn't Peel Mine)

    Yields 1-1/2 quarts.

    Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until mostly smooth. Pour into an ice cream freezer container and follow manufacturer's instructions to process the ice cream. Mine is a Cuisinart and I mixed for 30 minutes. When done, place it in the freezer for 1-2 hours.
