- 3/4 c. self-rising flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 small vanilla pudding (not instant)
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained (reserve juice)
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 6 Tbsp. peach juice
- 1 c. sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Combine first 5 ingredients.

3Mix. Coat 9-inch pan with Pam.

4Pour batter into pan.

5Place peaches over batter.

6In separate bowl, cream together cheese, peach juice and sugar.

7Spread over peaches to cover peaches completely.

8Cook for 35 minutes.

9Cool at least 45 minutes before serving.

10Yield: 12 servings.
