- 1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
- 1/4 c. reserved peach syrup
- 6 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. sugar (can use less)
- 1 tsp. salt (less)
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Finely chop 1 cup peaches and set aside.

2In blender, combine remaining peaches, butter, eggs, syrup and lemon juice.

3Blend until smooth.

4Stir dry ingredients together.

5Add egg mixture and stir until moist.

6Fold in reserved peaches and nuts.
