- 1/2 cups Softened Butter
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar
- 3 cups Sliced Fresh Peaches
- 1-1/2 cup Water
- 3/4 cups Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
- 1 box Peach Flavored Jello (small, 4 -serving Size)
Directions

1Mix butter, flour and powdered sugar together and pat into an 8-inch glass pie plate. Bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cool.

2Place peaches (or desired fruit) into cooled, baked pie crust.

3Cook water, sugar, and cornstarch together on stove top, until clear. Add one box of peach jello (or desired flavor to match fruit), mix well and pour over fruit in crust.

4Let it set in the refrigerator for 3 or more hours, until set. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
