- 1 c. soft butter
- 3 c. sugar
- 6 eggs, at room temperature
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 3 c. flour
- 1/4 heaping tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 c. peaches, chopped small
Directions

1Cream butter, sugar and eggs (adding egg one at a time and beating well after each egg).

2Add vanilla, almond extract, flour, baking soda and salt; mix well.

3Add sour cream.

4Fold peaches into batter.

5Pour batter into greased and floured 10-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 75 to 85 minutes.
