  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • Kisses or stars
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 3/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Cream butter, peanut butter and sugars.

    Add egg and vanilla. Beat well.

    Add dry ingredients.
  4. 4
    Shape into balls; roll in sugar and place on ungreased cookie sheets.

    Bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes.

    Place Hershey's Kiss or star in center of each cookie while hot.

    Serves 48.
