- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 c. Spanish peanuts
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. butter
Directions

1Cook sugar, corn syrup and water to 280°, medium crack stage. Add peanuts, cook about 3 minutes or until light brown.

2Add baking soda, remove at once from heat. Add vanilla and butter.

3As soon as foaming has subsided, pour into buttered shallow pan.
