- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1 c. water
- 2 c. raw peanuts
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. soda
Directions

1Combine sugar, syrup and water in a heavy pan; cook slowly. Stir until sugar dissolves.

2Cook to 235°.

3Stir in peanuts and salt.

4Cook to 300°, stirring constantly.

5Remove from heat.

6Add butter and soda.

7Stir.

8Pour onto well-greased platters.

9Shake to spread mixture.
