- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. butter or margarine
- 4 c. peanuts
- 1 tsp. soda
Directions

1Blend sugar, corn syrup, water and butter.

2Cook to 230° on candy thermometer.

3Add peanuts and cook to 280°.

4Stir occasionally and continue cooking to 305°.

5Remove from heat and add soda.

6Stir quickly until hard and break into pieces.
