  • 2 c. peanuts
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. white karo syrup
  • 1 inch square piece paraffin wax
  • 1 tsp. baking soda

Directions

    Cook all ingredients except soda over low heat until nuts turn brown. Remove from heat and add soda. Stir quickly and spread on buttered baking sheet. Break into pieces when cold.
