- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. white corn syrup
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 c. raw peanuts
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Cook sugar, corn syrup and water in heavy saucepan to 275° on candy thermometer.

2Add peanuts, stirring until syrup turns light brown and peanuts begin to pop.

3Remove from heat and add margarine, vanilla and soda.

4Pour into greased jelly roll pan and spread to cover pan.

5Cool completely and break into pieces.
