- 3 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. Karo corn syrup
- 3 oz. butter
- 1 lb. raw peanuts
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Cook sugar, corn syrup and butter to 240°.

2Add raw peanuts. Cook to 290°.

3Add 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda and remove from heat.

4Pour mixture onto buttered marble slab or buttered cookie sheet.

5Cool and break into pieces.
