  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. light corn syrup
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/8 tsp. baking soda
  • peanuts

Directions

    Cook sugar, water and corn syrup (at 375°) or until golden brown; stir occasionally.

    Stir in peanuts and salt until brown. Remove from heat.

    Quickly stir in margarine and soda (brittle will foam).

    Spread evenly into pan.

    Cool and break into pieces.
