- 5/8 c. butter
- 5/8 c. peanut butter
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 3/4 c. sifted flour
- 2 1/2 tsp. soda
- 2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 2 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
Directions

1Cream butter, peanut butter and sugar in mixing bowl until well blended.

2Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.

3Combine dry ingredients in bowl.

4Add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk to creamed mixture, beating well after each addition.

5Add vanilla; mix well.

6Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 x 13-inch cake pans.

7Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
