  • 1 baked pie shell
  • 3/4 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • vanilla

Directions

    Cream together powdered sugar and 1/2 cup peanut butter.

    Set aside.

    Place the other ingredients in saucepan.

    Cook until thick. Place 2/3 cup of peanut butter mixture in bottom of pie shell. Spread filling on and sprinkle with rest of peanut butter mixture. Bake at 350°.
