Peanut Butter Pie

  • 8-inch prebaked pie shell
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • dash of salt
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 3 eggs yolks, beaten (save egg whites)
  • 3 Tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 lb. butter

Directions

    Mix powdered sugar and peanut butter together thoroughly and put in bottom of pie shell.

    Save a little of the mixture to sprinkle on top.

    Mix together sugar, flour and salt.

    Heat milk until it coats spoon.

    Pour over sugar and flour mixture and add beaten egg yolks.

    Cook mixture until it thickens.

    Add vanilla and butter.

    Mix together and pour into pie shell.
