Peanut Butter Pie

  • 1 (9-inch) pie crust, baked
  • 1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
  • 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

Directions

    Mix peanut butter with 1/2 cup of the Cool Whip.

    Mix pudding with the milk in another bowl.

    Now add the peanut butter mixture and all the remaining Cool Whip using hand mixer.

    Put into pie shell and chill for 2 hours.

    You may top with more Cool Whip if desired.
