- 1 c. chopped, roasted peanuts, divided
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1/3 c. creamy peanut butter
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 (4 1/2 oz.) container frozen whipped topping
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
- 2 3/4 c. milk
- 1 (9 oz.) container frozen whipped topping
- 1 oz. sweet chocolate, grated
Directions

1Layer 1:

2In small bowl, thoroughly mix 2/3 cup peanuts, flour and softened butter.

3Press into bottom of an 8 x 12-inch baking dish.

4Bake for 20 minutes at 350°.
