Peanut Butter Sticks

- 6 slices thin sliced white bread, crust removed
- 1/2 c. smooth peanut butter
- 1/4 c. cooking oil (Wesson)
- 2/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
Directions

1Cut each slice of bread into 5 sticks.

2Place sticks on a cookie sheet and toast in a 250° oven for 30 minutes or until browned.

3Mix peanut butter and Wesson oil in top of a double boiler.

4Dip each stick into the peanut butter mixture and coat with graham cracker crumbs.

5Let cool completely and store in tins.

6Yields 30.
