Peanut Butter Sticks

  • 6 slices thin sliced white bread, crust removed
  • 1/2 c. smooth peanut butter
  • 1/4 c. cooking oil (Wesson)
  • 2/3 c. graham cracker crumbs

Directions

    Cut each slice of bread into 5 sticks.

    Place sticks on a cookie sheet and toast in a 250° oven for 30 minutes or until browned.

    Mix peanut butter and Wesson oil in top of a double boiler.

    Dip each stick into the peanut butter mixture and coat with graham cracker crumbs.

    Let cool completely and store in tins.

    Yields 30.
