- 1/2 c. softened margarine
- 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/4 c. plain flour
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 48 miniature peanut butter cup candies
Directions

1Cream margarine and peanut butter; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy.

2Add egg and vanilla, beating well. Combine flour, soda and salt; add to creamed mixture, mixing well. Chill dough for 1 hour.

3Shape dough into 48 one-inch balls; place in lightly greased 1 3/4-inch muffin pans, shaping each into a shell.

4Bake at 350° for 12 minutes (dough will rise during baking).

5Remove from oven and immediately press a miniature peanut butter cup evenly into each hot crust.

6Cool before removing from pan.
