  • 1 Tbsp. corn syrup
  • 3 Tbsp. water
  • 2 c. finely chopped roasted peanuts
  • 12 oz. bag chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 c. finely chopped roasted peanuts

    and water in large saucepan on moderate heat until it reaches 300° or to hard crack stage. Remove from heat; quickly stir

    in nuts and spread in lightly buttered cookie sheet
