- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 serrano chili, chopped
- 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 1/2 tablespoons unsalted creamy peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 2/3 cup peanut oil
- 1 pinch salt, to taste
Directions

1Place all ingredients but the oil and salt in a food processor. Pulse until everything is combined.

2Drizzle in the oil with the processor on low.

3Scrape the sides of the bowl and chill for half hour before serving.
