  • 1 (1 lb.) pkg. light brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. half and half
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. creamy peanut butter
  • 1 1/4 c. chopped peanuts
  • 1 (9-inch) pie crust

    Preheat oven to 325°.

    On low speed, beat brown sugar, flour, salt, half and half and vanilla until well blended.

    Beat in eggs and peanut butter.

    Pour into crust.

    Sprinkle peanuts on top. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes or until filling is puffy and center is set.
