  • 4 garlic cloves (peeled)
  • 12 lemon (juice of)
  • 12 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 14 cup water
  • 14 cup ketchup
  • 14 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 14 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 12 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions

    Put the garlic into blender and chop.Place rest of the ingredients in blender and pulse on high for 5 seconds scrape down sides and pulse again 3 to 4 times.

    Serve at once or store in refrigerator for up to a week.
