Peanut Soup

  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1/4 c. chopped celery
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1 c. creamy peanut butter
  • 4 c. beef bouillon
  • 1/2 c. chopped peanuts

Directions

    In top of double boiler, melt margarine.

    Add onion and celery.

    Saute until tender.

    Place over boiling water.

    Add creamy peanut butter and flour; blend well.

    Stir in beef bouillon and lemon juice.

    Cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. When serving, garnish with chopped peanuts.
