  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 box chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • to taste Cilantro
  • a few roasted peanuts
  • 1 box brown rice

    Put all of it in Slow Cooker (except brown rice) on medium for 5 hours.

    At 4 hours put on high.

    Cook brown rice.
