- 1/2 box chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- to taste Cilantro
- a few roasted peanuts
- 1 box brown rice
Directions

1Put all of it in Slow Cooker (except brown rice) on medium for 5 hours.

2At 4 hours put on high.
