    Put in a pot, bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add 1 tsp. Vanilla and 1 lb. Box Conf. Sugar.

    Mix until smooth (I use a hand mixer). Spread on warm cake while icing is still warm too.

    (You can bake this in a 9 X 13 pan but you have to let it bake about 10 minutes longer.
