  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 11 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 c. creamy peanut butter
  • sweetened whipped cream
  • chopped peanuts

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325°.

    Mix cracker crumbs, 2 tablespoons of sugar and melted butter in small bowl; press 1 level tablespoonful of crumb mixture into bottom of each of 12 paper-lined 2 1/2-inch muffin cups.
