- 2 oranges
- 4 lb. pears (9 c.), diced
- 2 c. canned crushed pineapple, drained
- sugar
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 (8 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, finely chopped
Directions

1Wash and remove peel from oranges.

2Add 1 quart of water to peel and boil 5 minutes.

3Drain; discard water.

4Add another quart of water to peel and boil again for 5 minutes.

5Drain and grind peel and peeled oranges together.
