- 100gr multi grain flour
- 150gr plain flour
- 75 milliliters water
- 75 milliliters oil
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- 5 pears
- 140g Comte cheese (sharp cheddar)
- 1 handful chopped walnuts
Directions

1Preheat oven on 350F

2Stir together flours, water, olive oil and salt and knead until the dough becomes smooth

3Roll out the dough and line dough in a pie dish

4Wash the pears but do not peel them. Cut the pears using a mandolin slicer.

5Grate the Comte cheese

6Put one layer of pear on the bottom of the dough, then a layer of cheese. Set aside some of the cheese for later. Season with pepper than add another layer of pear.

7Top with chopped walnuts and bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes.

8When you take the tart out of the oven add the rest of the cheese and serve warm.
