  • 3 Tbsp. packed brown sugar, divided (1 Tbsp. and 2 Tbsp.)
  • 1 Tbsp. onion
  • 1 tsp. finely shredded orange peel
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pear halves, drained (reserve 1 Tbsp. juice)
  • 1 1/4 tsp. prepared mustard

Directions
