- 3 c. flour (self-rising)
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 3/4 c. vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. pears, pealed and grated
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Combine flour, cinnamon, and pecans in a large bowl.

2In a separate dish, combine oil, eggs, sugar, pears, and vanilla.

3Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.

4Spoon mixture into two greased loaf pans.

5Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

6Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
