- 2 qt. pear pulp
- 2 lb. sugar
Directions

1Wash pears; remove stems and quarter.

2Add 1/2 cup water and cook until tender.

3Put pears through food sieve or food processor.

4Add sugar to pulp and mix well.

5Place in uncovered shallow pan and bake at 350° for 3 hours.

6Stir occasionally. Pour into jars and seal.
