  • 2 qt. pear pulp
  • 2 lb. sugar

Directions

    Wash pears; remove stems and quarter.

    Add 1/2 cup water and cook until tender.

    Put pears through food sieve or food processor.

    Add sugar to pulp and mix well.

    Place in uncovered shallow pan and bake at 350° for 3 hours.

    Stir occasionally. Pour into jars and seal.
