- 1 1/2 c. salad oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 c. self-rising flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 c. chopped pears
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Combine oil, sugar and eggs; beat well.

2Add flour and cinnamon to creamed mixture.

3(Sift flour and cinnamon together 3 times first.)

4Add vanilla.

5Fold in pears and nuts.

6Bake in tube pan in 325° oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
