  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • Topping:
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 ripe pears, peeled, cored, and sliced in 1/8 inch slices
