  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 c. margarine, melted
  • 6 to 7 peeled pear halves
  • 9-inch unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Mix sugar, eggs, vanilla, flour and margarine until creamy. Put pear halves in unbaked pie shell.

    Pour mixture over pears. Bake at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes.
