- 8 pears, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch dice
- 12 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 pinch salt
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 14 cup vinegar
- 1 12 cups sugar
Directions

1Cook pears in 1/2 inch water in pan, drain, set aside.

2In pan, saute onion and peppers 6 minutes.

3Add pears back to pan and add spices, vinegar and sugar, cook on medium heat for 8 minutes.

4Turn heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.

5Keep in refrigerator in container with lid.

6Use within one week.
