- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. pearl onions
- 6 Tbsp. raisins
- 2 Tbsp. pine nuts
- 2 Tbsp. brandy
- 2 Tbsp. red wine
- carrots (optional)
Directions

1Saute onions in butter for 15 minutes or until caramelized. Add raisins and nuts.

2Stir-fry for 2 more minutes.

3Turn up high and add brandy and wine; 2 to 3 more minutes of stir-fry.

4Add steamed carrots long enough to absorb other flavors.
