- 8 slices bacon
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 (16 oz.) cans English peas, drained
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Fry bacon until crisp; crumble and set aside.

2Reserve 2 tablespoons bacon drippings.

3Saute onion and green pepper in drippings until tender.

4Add remaining ingredients except bacon. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Garnish with bacon.
